Morgan Canady, Board

   My name is Morgan Canady, also known as Morgana Dragonfly. I’m running for TAWN Board of Directors. I have been a member of TAWN since 1997. I served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for 2 years from Sept. 1999 to Sept. 2001. In past years I have been affiliated with Sonoran Sunrise Grove and Silver Midnight Coven and was a corresponding priestess with Mother Earth Ministries. I am  a member of SAGE, a Solitaries Alliance, and a Taroist – Tarot Reader and Teacher.

  I see TAWN as serving a need for the Pagan community of Tucson. We are all members of the Tucson Pagan population. That makes us something of a family, and like any family we don’t always agree with each other. Like any family we sometimes fight. But we are still a family, and TAWN is the network that keeps us connected.

  I am very excited over the prospect of serving on TAWN Board of Directors this coming year, and hope to be instrumental in obtaining the goals of greater public awareness of who TAWN is and what we do. I would like to see more participation in TAWN activities by the membership. I am thinking that may mean finding out what kind of activities the TAWN membership would be interested in having TAWN sponsor. And yes, I want to see the membership grow.
