TAWN meetings, open to all, are held at our monthly Cauldronlucks (what else do you call a potluck for Witches?). These occur on the 2nd Sunday of each month (except the 3rd Sunday in May, in deference to Mother's Day) at the ramada in La Madera Park on Treat, north of Glenn, between Tucson Blvd. and Country Club Road. The business part of the meeting begins at 11:00 AM and the Cauldron luck and Social part of the meeting begins immediately after the business meeting.

All Cauldronlucks begin at 11 a.m.  Moon School runs concurrently.  (This year's Moon School curriculum is Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall: Pagans Know and Love Them All.  For specific information about Moon School classes, to enroll your kids, or to volunteer to help, please contact Moon School teacher Brandyn Coffin at a Cauldronluck or in care of the TAWN Board.)

January 14; food-to-share theme "Jello!"

February 11th; food-to-share theme "Sweets for the Sweet"

March 11th; food-to-share theme "Potatoes"  At the March Cauldronluck there's also going to be a Spring Cleaning jumble sale, whereto people should bring what they find "at the back of the closet, back of the shelf, or back of the shed."  Everyone needs to be sure that clothes or other items are washed, cleaned, or dusted, and that pockets and compartments are empty.  All donated items will be sold for 50 cents/piece, benefiting TAWN.

April 8th; food-to-share theme "Open Grill"  At the April Cauldronluck, there'll be another jumble sale, and for this one the theme is Media.  People can bring books, CDs, tapes, video games, and videos they are no longer using.  (No porn!)  Accessories like small bookshelves, media storage units, players, wires, etc. are also welcome -- provided they're in good condition and still work.  All donated items will be sold for 50 cents/piece, benefiting TAWN.

May 20th; food-to-share theme "Old Fashioned Picnic"  Our final jumble sale is in May, and will be of Altar Gear.  Get a new one and don't need the old one?  End up with two of the same thing?  Everything people bring should be in good condition, and clean; if an item needs magical cleaning, donors should take care of that before bringing items to this jumble sale.  All donated items will be sold for 50 cents/piece, benefiting TAWN.

June 10th; food-to-share theme "Summer Soup"

July 8th; food-to-share theme "Melon Madness"

Moon School meets during the business portion of the Cauldronluck; check the Moon School page for details

Members of TAWN are strongly urged to attend the monthly business meetings to have a say in what TAWN does in the community. TAWN members are the force behind TAWN. The TAWN Board is merely the "eyes and ears" of the community and will bring concerns and propose changes to TAWN to the membership in attendance at the business portion of the monthly TAWN meetings.

If you were unable to attend the meetings you can view the Minutes.
