Minutes from the Annual Meeting 9/22/07

Don Davis announced the Beginning of the Annual Meeting on the loudspeaker at 12 Noon

Ashleen O’Gaea, our current coordinator addressed the members, recounting some of the history of TAWN on this the 20^th Anniversary of the organization.

She then went on to award certificates of Appreciation to those members of the Current Board who are not running for office this year 2007-2008:

Jim Law

Dan Miller

Sue Bond

Additional certificates of Appreciation were given to:

Patrick Campion for organizing this years Fall Fest XX

Mary Lanz for her beautiful handmade Quilt memorializing 20 years of TAWN

Among the accomplishments noted for this year, a growth in the overall community and membership.

At 12:12 the meeting was held to allow Carol Garr and Jim Law to count the ballots for the new TAWN board.

The meeting resumed at 12:20 PM with the presentation of the new TAWN Board:

A plaque was then given to Ashleen O’Gaea by the new coordinator in recognition of Ashleen’s service to the organization as Coordinator from 2005-2007.

12:25 PM the meeting was officially adjourned by the new coordinator, Arlene Davis.

The transition Board meeting will be held on October 10, 2007, 7 PM at the Black Rose Café.
